Booth Rules
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Only Greater Omaha Chamber members may exhibit. For membership information, contact the member services department at (402) 978-7915 or memberservices@omahachamber.org.
- Only one company may exhibit per booth.

All exhibits must be set up between 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

All booths must be staffed between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesday,Oct. 17, and may not be dismantled before 4 p.m.

The front 5' of your booth space must not be higher than 4' to avoid blocking sight lines of exhibitors around you.

Displays must be confined to booth space and not extend into aisles.

No sound equipment that can be heard outside exhibit space is permitted.

Smoking is not allowed in the Show area.

The Greater Omaha Chamber is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
SPACE ALLOCATION PROCEDURES
- Online registration is the best way to reserve your booth.

Registration is first come, first served.

Mailed/faxed registrations will be allocated upon receipt of the form and payment.

Only one company per booth may exhibit. Exhibitors MAY NOT assign, sublet or apportion their allocated space to any other company.
- Booth space is non-transferable.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The registration deadline is Oct. 2, 2012. Registration is first come, first served.
REFUND POLICY
The following will apply to refunding of all booth payments:
- 90 percent refunded if you cancel your booth by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012.
- 50 percent refunded if you cancel your booth by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012.
- 0 percent refunded if you cancel your booth anytime after 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012.
Shipping
AAA Rents shipping information is available at BuyTheBigOShow.com/ExhibitorInfo.asp. Exhibits MAY NOT be shipped directly to CenturyLink Center Omaha.
Food
PLEASE NOTE all food items dispensed are limited to sample size products the exhibiting business manufactures/produces. All other food items must be purchased through Levy Restaurants at CenturyLink Center Omaha, (402) 599-6854. Complete the required form if you plan on having food samples in your booth.
